Terms and conditions

I. Introduction

By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions appearing in this document and you accept our Privacy Policy.

Any personal data you transmit to us by electronic mail or otherwise will be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you accept our Privacy Policy which is available for viewing here.

II. Ordering

We have no minimum order, so if you want to try our service then you can order a single item, which will be sent out by class mail on the same working day.

Czech Republic delivery time is usually 1–2 days, and international delivery time 3–7 days.

Every parcel that we send out is insured against loss, theft or damage, so you can order with confidence - in the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, or receive an order which is damaged, then we will either refund you or resend the order free of charge.

IV. Warranty and claim

Our twentyone (21) day returns policy: Without prejudice to your statutory legal rights which remain unaffected, we operate the following returns and refunds policies:

Damaged or defective goods:
in the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged or defective, we shall, at our own option, either replace or repair any damaged or defective products, or refund to you the amount you paid for the products in question (including the postage and packing you were charged) PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 21 working days of delivery of the products and that you return the products in the same condition that you received them.

Our mistake:
If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer. Please note that when you place your order, a label is automatically generated from the address you type into your account details, so you are responsible for getting this right. If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot refund the postage costs. If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us.

Your mistake:
If items are not delivered because you gave us incorrect information, or because your post office was unable to deliver the package because there was no-one to receive it and/or no-one came to collect it from the sorting office, you will be refunded for the cost of the items, but not for the postage and packing. We can re-send the items but you will have to pay the P&P charge again. 

V. Our policy

Shop Easyboy takes the privacy of its customers very seriously, and will only collect information in order to fulfill customer orders and (if requested by the customer) to provide information via our e-mail new release lists. We never send unsolicited e-mails to customers, and we do not sell mailing lists or customer information to any other companies or individuals.

VI. Information collected

To process an order, we require your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit card number and expiry date. To receive our new release information e-mails, we require only your e-mail address.

VII. Security

The shopping cart part of the site is secure, so that your order details are encrypted in your browser before they are sent to us. The order is then processed on a server that is not connected to the Internet.

Ordering

Ordering is easy. Note: Aplication needs you to allow Javascript in your browser.

Three easy ordering steps:

  1. Choose the product, choose the size (if it’s possible) and press "Add to cart". Use link "Cart" or link "Finalize your shopping?" (in product detail) to enter the Cart. Check quantity and press "Delivery address".
  2. Fill your address and press "Payment and shipping".
  3. Choose the best payment method and press "Place order". If you pay by Card, PayPal or mPeníze, you are redirected to secure payment gate of each system where you are need to fill your card or account details. You are redirected back to our shop after payment.
    Orders placed until 14.00 are despatched same day!

Credit cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club as methods of payment for purchasing products from the Website. We are also unable to process payments on Maestro and Visa Electron cards issued outside of the Czech Republic.

Please note:

  • Credit and debit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order;
  • If a purchase has been declined online due to credit or debit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will not be able to use that card for your purchase and should use another payment card.

PayPal

PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. PayPal serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders and has been involved in many cases of litigation concerning fraud scams.

mPenize is a new generation payment system for mBank clients who own bank acounts mKONTO or mBUSINESS KONTO.

Pros

How to get discount

We have prepared very interesting discount scheme for customers who like shopping with us.

In case you have spent for goods:

  • more than 500 CZK, you will get discount 2 % for next orders,
  • more than 2.000 CZK, you will get discount 5 % for next orders,
  • more than 5.000 CZK, you will get discount 10 % for next orders.

Only thing you need is registration in our shop.

Washing instructions

Washing
Wash colours separately, wash inside out, maximum temperature 40 °C.

Bleaching
Do not use bleach on your Easyboy clothing.

Ironing
Iron on reverse side of garment. Do not iron the motive. Maximum temperature 110 °C.

Dry cleaning
Do not use dry cleaners.

Drying
Do not tumble dry.
